त्वं नो अग्न एषां गयं पुष्टिं च वर्धय । ये स्तोमेभिः प्र सूरयो नरो मघान्यानशुः ॥
Transliteration
tváṃ no agna eṣā́ṃ gáyaṃ púṣṭiṃ ca vardhaya | yé stómebhiḥ prá sūŕayo náro maghā́ny ānaśúḥ ||
Translation
ഹേ അഗ്നേ, ഞങ്ങൾക്കായി അവരുടെ ഗയ (ആനന്ദമയ സമൃദ്ധി)യും പുഷ്ടി (വർധിക്കുന്ന പോഷണം)യും വർധിപ്പിക്കണമേ; സ്തോമങ്ങളാൽ മഹത്തുകളുടെ ദാനങ്ങൾ (മഘാ) നേടിയ ആ ദീപ്തപുരുഷന്മാർക്കായി.
