Transliteration

vāyo śukró ayāmi te mádhvo ágraṃ divíṣṭiṣu | ā yāhi sóma-pītaye spārhó deva niyútvātā ||

Translation

ഹേ വായു, ശുക്ര (പ്രകാശമയ) ദേവാ, ദിവിഷ്ടിഷു—സ്വർഗ്ഗമുഖമായ പരിശ്രമങ്ങളിൽ—മധുവിന്റെ അഗ്രം, ആനന്ദത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യസാരം, ഞാൻ നിനക്കു അർപ്പിക്കുന്നു. സോമപാനത്തിനായി ഇവിടെ വരിക—ആഗ്രഹനീയ ദേവാ—നിയുത്വതാ, ക്രമബദ്ധമായ നിയുത് (യോജിതശക്തി/അശ്വങ്ങൾ) യുക്തനായി.
