Sukta 3.55
नि वेवेति पलितो दूत आस्वन्तर्महाँश्चरति रोचनेन । वपूंषि बिभ्रदभि नो वि चष्टे महद्देवानामसुरत्वमेकम् ॥
ní veveti palitó dūtá āsv antár mahā́ṁś cárati rocanéna | vapū́ṃṣi bíbhrad abhí no ví caṣṭe mahád devānām asura-tvám ékam ||
താഴേക്ക് വേഗം ചെല്ലുന്നു—പുരാതന ദൂതൻ—പ്രവാഹങ്ങളുടെ ഉള്ളിൽ; മഹാനായി, പ്രകാശമയ ലോകത്തിൽ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നു. അനേകം രൂപങ്ങൾ ധരിച്ചു, വിവേകത്തോടെ ഞങ്ങളിലേക്കു നോക്കുന്നു: ദേവന്മാരുടെ ഒരേയൊരു മഹത്തായ അസുരത്വം (ആധിപത്യം) തന്നെയുണ്ട്.
