Sukta 3.29
यदी मन्थन्ति बाहुभिर्वि रोचतेऽश्वो न वाज्यरुषो वनेष्वा । चित्रो न यामन्नश्विनोरनिवृतः परि वृणक्त्यश्मनस्तृणा दहन् ॥
yádī mánthanti bāhúbhir ví rocate ’śvó na vāj́y aruṣó váneṣv ā́ | citró na yā́mann aśvínor anivṛ́taḥ pári vṛṇakty áśmanaḥ tṛ́ṇā dáhan ||
അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ ഭുജങ്ങളാൽ മഥനം ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ അവൻ പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നു—വനങ്ങളിൽ ബലവേഗമുള്ള ചുവന്ന അശ്വംപോലെ; അശ്വിന്മാരുടെ ചിത്രമായ യാത്രപോലെ, തടസ്സമില്ലാതെ, അവൻ ചുറ്റും സഞ്ചരിച്ചു, കല്ലുപോലെയുള്ള കഠിനതയും ഉണങ്ങിയ പുല്ലും ദഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
