Sukta 2.27
यो राजभ्य ऋतनिभ्यो ददाश यं वर्धयन्ति पुष्टयश्च नित्याः । स रेवान्याति प्रथमो रथेन वसुदावा विदथेषु प्रशस्तः ॥
yó rājábhya ṛta-níbhyo dadā́śa yáṃ vardháyanti puṣṭáyaś ca nítyāḥ | sá revā́n yā́ti prathamó ráthena vasu-dā́vā vidátheṣu pra-śastáḥ ||
ഋതത്തെ ധരിക്കുന്ന രാജസദൃശരായ അധിപന്മാർക്ക് ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ, നിത്യമായ പുഷ്ടികൾ ആരെയോ വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നുവോ—അവൻ രഥത്തിൽ ആദ്യം മുന്നേറുന്നു; പ്രകാശമുള്ള സമൃദ്ധിയിൽ സമ്പന്നൻ, വസുവിന്റെ ദാതാവ്, വിധഥങ്ങളിൽ പ്രശംസിതൻ.
