इमा गिर आदित्येभ्यो घृतस्नूः सनाद्राजभ्यो जुह्वा जुहोमि । शृणोतु मित्रो अर्यमा भगो नस्तुविजातो वरुणो दक्षो अंशः ॥

Transliteration

imā́ gíra ādityébhyo ghṛtásnūḥ sanā́d rājábhyo juhvā́ juhomi | śṛṇótu mitró aryamā́ bhágo nas tuvijātó váruṇo dákṣo áṃśaḥ ||

Translation

ഘൃതസ്നൂ—ഘൃതസമാനമായ പ്രകാശം തുളുമ്പുന്ന—ഈ ഗീരുകൾ ഞാൻ ജുഹ്വാ (അർപ്പണ-കരണ്ടി)കൊണ്ട് ആദിത്യന്മാർക്ക്, സനാത് രാജാക്കന്മാർക്ക്, ഹോമമായി അർപ്പിക്കുന്നു. മിത്രൻ കേൾക്കട്ടെ, അര്യമൻ, ഭഗൻ നമ്മുടെ വേണ്ടി; തുവിജാത (മഹാജന്മ) വരുണൻ കേൾക്കട്ടെ—ദക്ഷനും അംശനും കൂടെ.
