utá no náktam apā́ṃ vṛṣaṇvasū sū́ryāmāsā́ sádanāya sadhányā | sacā́ yát sā́di eṣā́m áhir budhnéṣu budhnyáḥ ||

ജലങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ രാത്രിയും, ബലം നല്കുന്ന ആ രണ്ടും—സൂര്യനും ചന്ദ്രനും—ഞങ്ങളുടെ ചേതനാസനത്തിനും സത്യലാഭത്തിനും വരട്ടെ. അവർ ഒരുമിച്ച് ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ, ആഴങ്ങളിൽ ഉള്ള അഹി-ശക്തി തന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ ജാഗ്രത പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു.
