य उदृचि यज्ञे अध्वरेष्ठा मरुद्भ्यो न मानुषो ददाशत् । रेवत्स वयो दधते सुवीरं स देवानामपि गोपीथे अस्तु ॥
Transliteration
yá udṛ́ci yajñé adhvareṣṭhā́ marúd-bhyo ná mā́nuṣo dadā́śat | revát sá váyo dadhate su-vī́raṃ sá devā́nām ápi go-pīthé astu ||
Translation
യജ്ഞത്തിൽ, അഗ്ര അധ്വരത്തിൽ, നേരെ നിന്നുകൊണ്ട്, മരുതുകൾക്ക് സത്യ മനുഷ്യനായി ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ—സമൃദ്ധമായ പോഷണവും സുവീര-ബലവും നേടുന്നു; അവൻ ദേവന്മാരുടെ ഗോപീഥം (രക്ഷാശ്രയം) പ്രാപിക്കട്ടെ.
