अस्ताव्यग्निर्नरां सुशेवो वैश्वानर ऋषिभिः सोमगोपाः । अद्वेषे द्यावापृथिवी हुवेम देवा धत्त रयिमस्मे सुवीरम् ॥

Transliteration

ástāvy agnír narā́ṃ su-śévo vaiśvānará ṛ́ṣibhiḥ sóma-gopāḥ | advéṣe dyā́vā-pṛthivī́ huvema devā́ dhatta rayím asmḗ su-vī́ram ||

Translation

മനുഷ്യർക്കു സുശേവ—ഹിതകരനായ—വൈശ്വാനര അഗ്നി, സോമഗോപന്മാരായ ഋഷിമാർ দ্বারা സ്തുതിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. അദ്വേഷത്തിൽ, വൈരമില്ലാതെ, ഞങ്ങൾ ദ്യാവാ-പൃഥിവിയെ ഹുവിക്കുന്നു; ഹേ ദേവന്മാരേ, ഞങ്ങളിൽ സുവീരസമ്പന്നമായ റയി—ആധ്യാത്മിക പൂർണ്ണത—സ്ഥാപിക്കുവിൻ.
