Sukta 10.116
इदं हविर्मघवन्तुभ्यं रातं प्रति सम्राळहृणानो गृभाय । तुभ्यं सुतो मघवन्तुभ्यं पक्वोऽद्धीन्द्र पिब च प्रस्थितस्य ॥
idáṃ havír maghaván túbhyaṃ rātáṃ práti samrā́ḷ áhṛṇāno gṛbhāya | túbhyaṃ sutó maghaván túbhyaṃ pakvó 'ddhī́ndra píba ca prástitasya ||
ഹേ മഘവൻ, ഈ ഹവിസ് നിനക്കു നല്കപ്പെട്ടതാണ്; ഹേ സമ്രാട്ടേ, നിരസിക്കാതെ അതു സ്വീകരിച്ചു കൈയിൽ പിടിക്ക. ഹേ മഘവൻ, നിനക്കായി സോമം പിഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; നിനക്കായി അത് പാകമായിരിക്കുന്നു—ഹേ ഇന്ദ്ര, അർപ്പിച്ചതിൽ നിന്നു ഭുജിക്കയും പാനം ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്യുക.
