तक्वा न भूर्णिर्वना सिषक्ति पयो न धेनुः शुचिर्विभावा ॥

takvā́ ná bhūrṇír vánā sisakti | páyo ná dhenúḥ śúcir vibhā́vā ||

തക്വനെപ്പോലെ—ഭൂർണി, ചുഴിയുന്ന വേഗംപോലെ, വനങ്ങളിലൂടെ ചേർന്നു സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നു; ധേനുവിനെപ്പോലെ—പയസ് ഒഴുക്കി പോഷകധാര നൽകുന്നു; ശുചി, വിഭാവാ—ശുദ്ധനും വ്യാപകപ്രകാശനും ആയ അഗ്നി തന്റെ ദീപ്ത പോഷണം പകർന്നു നൽകുന്നു.
