Sukta 1.25

परा मे यन्ति धीतयो गावो न गव्यूतीरनु । इच्छन्तीरुरुचक्षसम् ॥

párā me yanti dhītáyo gā́vo ná gavyūtī́r ánu | icchántīr uru-cákṣasam ||

എന്റെ ധീതികൾ പുറപ്പെടുന്നു—പശുക്കൾ തങ്ങളുടെ മേച്ചൽപാതകളിലൂടെ പോകുന്നതുപോലെ—അനുസരിച്ച്; ഉരു-ചക്ഷസ്, വിശാലദൃഷ്ടിയുള്ളവനെ തേടി, ആ മഹാദർശനത്തിലേക്ക് നീങ്ങുന്നു; അവിടെ ഋതം തെളിഞ്ഞു കാണപ്പെടുന്നു, മനസ്സിന് തന്റെ യഥാർത്ഥ പാത ലഭിക്കുന്നു.
