अरं कृण्वन्तु वेदिं समग्निमिन्धतां पुरः । तत्रामृतस्य चेतनं यज्ञं ते तनवावहै ॥
Transliteration
áraṃ kṛṇvantu védim sám agním indhatāṃ puráḥ | tátrāmṛ́tasya cétanaṃ yajñáṃ te tanavāvahai ||
Translation
വേദി ഒരുക്കട്ടെ; മുന്നിൽ അഗ്നിയെ പ്രജ്വലിപ്പിക്കട്ടെ. അവിടെ അമൃതത്തിന്റെ ചേതനയെ ഉണർത്തുന്ന യജ്ഞം നിനക്കായി ഞങ്ങൾ വിപുലീകരിക്കട്ടെ—ദേഹത്തിൽ ബോധമുള്ള വിധിയെ പണിതുയർത്തി, അമരത്വത്തിലേക്കുള്ള വാതിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായി.
