पृथू रथो दक्षिणाया अयोज्यैनं देवासो अमृतासो अस्थुः । कृष्णादुदस्थादर्या विहायाश्चिकित्सन्ती मानुषाय क्षयाय ॥
pṛthū́ rátho dákṣiṇāyā ayójy áinaṃ devā́so amṛ́tāso asthuḥ | kṛṣṇā́d úd asthād aryā́ ví-hāyāś cíkitsantī mā́nuṣāya kṣáyāya ||
ദിവ്യ ദക്ഷിണാ (Dakṣiṇā) യുടെ രഥം വിശാലമാണ്; അമൃതദേവന്മാർ അതിനെ യോജിപ്പിച്ച് അതിൽ आरोഹിച്ചു. കൃഷ്ണത (അന്ധകാരം) മുതൽ അവൾ മേലോട്ടുയരുന്നു—വിശാലാന്തരത്തിന്റെ ആര്യാ—മാനുഷവാസസ്ഥലത്തിനായി ജാഗ്രതയോടെ വിവേചിക്കുന്നു.
