Transliteration

āyasaṃ parighaṃ gṛhya sūryaraśmisamaprabham | samare vānaraśreṣṭho mahāpārśve nyapātayat ||

Translation

സൂര്യകിരണങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ ദീപ്തമായ ഇരുമ്പുപരിഘം പിടിച്ച്, വാനരശ്രേഷ്ഠൻ സമരത്തിൽ മഹാപാർശ്വനിലേക്കു അതെറിഞ്ഞു വീഴ്ത്തി.
