Sarga 93: Rāvaṇa’s Grief and Fury after Indrajit’s Fall; Move to Slay Vaidehī and Ministerial Restraint
अद्यलोकास्त्रय: कृत्स्नापृथिवी च सकानना ।।।।एकेनेन्द्रजिताहीनाशून्येवप्रतिभातिमे ।
adya lokās trayaḥ kṛtsnā pṛthivī ca sakānanā | ekenendrajitā-hīnāḥ śūnyeva pratibhāti me ||
ഇന്ന് ഇന്ദ്രജിത് മാത്രം ഇല്ലാതായതുകൊണ്ട് മൂന്നു ലോകങ്ങളും വനസഹിതമായ ഭൂമിയും എനിക്ക് ശൂന്യവും മങ്ങിയതും തേജസ്സില്ലാത്തതുമായതായി തോന്നുന്നു.
Today without Indrajith alone the three worlds (earth, heaven, and underworld) including forests are desolate, dark, and lustreless to me.
