औषधिपर्वताहरणम् / The Retrieval of the Herb

स तस्यशृङ्गंसनगंसनागंसकाञ्चनंधातुसहस्रजुष्टम् ।विकीर्णकूटंज्वलिताग्रसानुंप्रगृह्यवेगात्सहसोन्ममाथ ।।6.74.67।।

sa tasya śṛṅgaṃ sa-nagaṃ sa-nāgaṃ sa-kāñcanaṃ dhātusahasrajuṣṭam | vikīrṇakūṭaṃ jvalitāgrasānuṃ pragṛhya vegāt sahasā unmamātha || 6.74.67 ||

അപ്പോൾ അവൻ ആ പർവ്വതശിഖരം—വൃക്ഷങ്ങളോടും ഗജങ്ങളോടും കൂടെ, സ്വർണ്ണസമൃദ്ധവും അനവധി ധാതുക്കളാൽ നിറഞ്ഞതും, പാറക്കൂട്ടങ്ങൾ ചിതറിയതും, അഗ്രഭാഗം ജ്വലിക്കുന്നതുമായതു—വേഗത്തിൽ പിടിച്ച്, പെട്ടെന്നുള്ള ബലപ്രവാഹത്തിൽ പിഴുതെടുത്തു.
