पृथिवीधरसङ्काशोनिपीड्यधरणीधरम् ।पृथिवींक्षोभयामाससार्णवांमारुतात्मजः ।।6.74.41।।

pṛthivī-dhara-saṅkāśo nipīḍya dharaṇī-dharam |

pṛthivīṃ kṣobhayāmāsa sārṇavāṃ mārutātmajaḥ ||6.74.41||

പർവ്വതസദൃശമായ മഹാകായനായ മാരുതാത്മജൻ ധരണിധരമായ പർവ്വതത്തെ ഞെരിച്ച്, സമുദ്രങ്ങളോടുകൂടിയ ഭൂമിയെയാകെ കുലുക്കി.
