विद्रुतांवाहिनींदृष्टवा स ददर्शनरान्तकम् ।गृहीतप्रासमायान्तंहयपृष्ठेप्रतिष्ठितम् ।।।।
vidrutāṃ vāhinīṃ dṛṣṭvā sa dadarśa narāntakam |
gṛhītaprāsam āyāntaṃ hayapṛṣṭhe pratiṣṭhitam ||6.69.80||
സ്വസൈന്യം ഓടിപ്പോകുന്നതു കണ്ടപ്പോൾ അവൻ നരാന്തകനെ കണ്ടു—കയ്യിൽ പ്രാസം പിടിച്ച്, കുതിരപ്പുറത്ത് ഉറച്ചുനിന്ന് മുന്നേറുന്നവനെ.
