कुम्भकर्णवधः

The Slaying of Kumbhakarna

मयाहतेसंयतिकुम्भकर्णेमहाबलेमुष्टिविशीर्णदेहे ।विमोचितेवानरपार्थिवे च भवन्तुहृष्टाःप्लवगास्समस्ताः ।।।।

mayā hate saṃyati kumbhakarṇe mahābale muṣṭiviśīrṇadehe | vimocite vānarapārthive ca bhavantu hṛṣṭāḥ plavagāḥ samastāḥ ||

യുദ്ധത്തിൽ മഹാബലനായ കുംഭകർണ്ണനെ ഞാൻ വധിച്ചപ്പോൾ—മുഷ്ടിപ്രഹാരങ്ങളാൽ അവന്റെ ദേഹം ചിതറിപ്പോയപ്പോൾ—വാനരരാജനും മോചിതനായാൽ, അപ്പോൾ എല്ലാ പ്ലവഗങ്ങളും ആനന്ദിക്കട്ടെ.
