The Slaying of Kumbhakarna
कुम्भकर्णशिरोभातिकुण्डलालङ्कृतंमहत् ।आदित्येऽभ्युदितेरात्रौमध्यस्थइवचन्द्रमाः ।।।।
kumbhakarṇaśiro bhāti kuṇḍalālaṅkṛtaṃ mahat | āditye'bhyudite rātrau madhyastha iva candramāḥ ||
കുംഭകർണ്ണന്റെ മഹത്തായ ശിരസ് കുണ്ഡലങ്ങളാൽ അലങ്കൃതമായി ദീപ്തമായി തിളങ്ങുന്നു; അദിതിയുടെ നക്ഷത്രം ഉദിച്ച രാത്രിയിൽ ആകാശമദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ നിലകൊള്ളുന്ന ചന്ദ്രനെപ്പോലെ അത് ശോഭിക്കുന്നു।
