The Slaying of Kumbhakarna

Rama filled the mouth of Kumbhakarna with his sharp and pointed gold encrusted arrows. Unable to speak the Rakshasa moaned and fainted.
The verse supports the kṣatriya-dharma of protecting the innocent and restoring order: when an aggressor threatens society and upholds adharma, decisive force used for protection is portrayed as righteous.
Rāma’s actions are consistent with his truthful commitment to defeat Rāvaṇa’s forces and protect dharma; satya here is lived as fidelity to one’s vow and duty, not merely truthful speech.
