येराक्षसामुख्यतमाहतास्तेवानरैर्युधि ।।6.62.16।।वानराणांक्षयंयुद्धे न पश्यामिकदाचन ।नचापिवानरायुद्धेजितपूर्वाःकदाचन ।।6.62.17।।
ye rākṣasāḥ mukhyatamā hatās te vānarair yudhi ||6.62.16||
vānarāṇāṁ kṣayaṁ yuddhe na paśyāmi kadācana |
na cāpi vānarā yuddhe jitapūrvāḥ kadācana ||6.62.17||
യുദ്ധത്തിൽ വാനരന്മാർ നമ്മുടെ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട രാക്ഷസന്മാരെ വധിച്ചു; എങ്കിലും യുദ്ധത്തിൽ വാനരന്മാർ നശിക്കുന്നതു ഞാൻ ഒരിക്കലും കാണുന്നില്ല, വാനരന്മാർ യുദ്ധത്തിൽ ഒരിക്കലും തോറ്റിട്ടുമില്ല.
