कुम्भकर्णविबोधनम्
The Awakening of Kumbhakarna
रावणस्त्वब्रवीद्धृष्टोराक्षसांस्तानुपस्थितान् ।द्रष्टुमेनमिहेच्छामियथान्यायंचपूज्यताम् ।।।।
rāvaṇas tv abravīd dhṛṣṭo rākṣasāṃs tān upasthitān |
draṣṭum enam ihecchāmi yathā-nyāyaṃ ca pūjyatām ||
അപ്പോൾ ഉത്സാഹിതനായ രാവണൻ മുന്നിൽ നിന്നിരുന്ന രാക്ഷസന്മാരോട് പറഞ്ഞു: “ഞാൻ അവനെ ഇപ്പോൾ തന്നെ കാണുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു; ന്യായാനുസാരം അവനെ യഥോചിതമായി പൂജിച്ചു സത്കരിക്കുവിൻ.”
Ravana on his part said this to the Rakshasas feeling cheerful. "Honour him as propriety demands. I wish to see him."
