असौकिरीटीचलकुण्डलास्योनगेन्द्रविन्ध्योपमभीमकायः ।महेन्द्रवैवस्वतदर्पहन्तारक्षोधिपस्सूर्यइवावभाति ।।6.59.25।।

Transliteration

asau kirīṭī cala-kuṇḍalāsyo nagendra-vindhyopama-bhīma-kāyaḥ |

mahendra-vaivasvata-darpa-hantā rakṣo-dhipaḥ sūrya ivāvabhāti ||6.59.25||

Translation

ഇവിടെ കിരീടധാരിയും ആടിയുലയുന്ന കുണ്ഡലങ്ങൾ മുഖത്തെ അലങ്കരിക്കുന്നവനും, നഗേന്ദ്രനും വിന്ധ്യപർവ്വതവും പോലെ ഭീമകായനും—മഹേന്ദ്രന്റെയും വൈവസ്വതനായ യമന്റെയും ദർപ്പം തകർത്തവനും—ആ രാക്ഷസാധിപതി സൂര്യനെപ്പോലെ ജ്വലിക്കുന്നു.
