योऽसौगजस्कन्धगतोमहात्मानवोदितार्कोपमताम्रवक्त्रः ।प्रकम्पयन्नागशिरोऽभ्युपैतिह्यकम्पनंत्वेनमवेहिराजन् ।।6.59.14।।
yo’sau gajaskandhagato mahātmā navoditārkopamatāmravaktraḥ |
prakampayan nāgaśiro’bhyupaiti hy akampanaṃ tv enam avehi rājan ||6.59.14||
രാജാവേ, ഗജത്തിന്റെ സ്കന്ധത്തിൽ ഇരുന്ന് നവോദിത സൂര്യനെപ്പോലെ താമ്രവർണ്ണമുഖമുള്ള ആ മഹാത്മാവ് അകമ്പനനെന്നു അറിക; അവൻ ആനയുടെ തല കുലുക്കിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് സമീപിക്കുന്നു.
