सबाणवर्षंतुववर्षतीव्रंरामानुजःकार्मुकसम्प्रयुक्तम् ।क्षुरार्धचन्द्रोत्तमकर्णिभल्लैःशरांश्चचिच्छेदनचुक्षुभेच ।।6.59.101।।

Transliteration

sa bāṇavarṣaṃ tu vavarṣa tīvraṃ rāmānujaḥ kārmukasamprayuktam | kṣurārdhacandrottamakarṇibhallaiḥ śarāṃś ca ciccheda na cukṣubhe ca ||6.59.101||

Translation

എന്നാൽ രാമാനുജനായ ലക്ഷ്മണൻ ധനുസ്സു പൂർണ്ണമായി വലിച്ച് ഉഗ്രമായ അമ്പുമഴ പെയ്തു; ക്ഷുര, അർദ്ധചന്ദ്ര, ഉത്തമ, കർണി, ഭല്ല എന്നീ ശരംകളാൽ ശത്രുവിന്റെ അമ്പുകളെ മുറിച്ചുതള്ളി, സ്വയം ക്ഷോഭമില്ലാതെ നിന്നു.
