तंगृहीत्वामहास्कन्धंसोऽश्वकर्णंमहाद्युतिः ।प्रहस्यपरयाप्रीत्याभ्रामयामासभूतले ।।6.56.21।।
taṃ gṛhītvā mahāskandhaṃ so 'śvakarṇaṃ mahādyutiḥ |
prahasya parayā prītyā bhrāmayāmāsa bhūtale ||6.56.21||
വലിയ തണ്ടുള്ള ആ അശ്വകർണ്ണവൃക്ഷത്തെ പിടിച്ചെടുത്ത്, മഹാതേജസ്സനായ ഹനുമാൻ പരമാനന്ദത്തോടെ ചിരിച്ച് അതിനെ ഭൂമിയിൽ ചുറ്റിച്ചുഴറ്റി.
