अकम्पन-प्रेषणम् तथा कपि-राक्षस-रणवर्णनम्

व्यस्फुरन्नयनंचास्यसव्यंयुद्धाभिनदनिनः ।।।।विवर्णोमुखवर्णश्चगद्गदश्चाभवत्स्वनः ।
vyasphurannayanaṃ cāsya savyaṃ yuddhābhinandanaḥ |
vivarṇo mukhavarṇaś ca gadgadaś cābhavat svanaḥ ||6.55.10||
യുദ്ധം ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നവനായിരുന്നിട്ടും, അവന്റെ ഇടതു കണ്ണ് തുടിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി; മുഖം വിളറുകയും ശബ്ദം ഇടറുകയും ചെയ്തു.
