लङ्काप्राकारारोहणम् / Assault on Lanka’s Ramparts and the Opening Clash
आप्लवन्तःप्लवन्तश्चगर्जन्तश्चप्लवङ्गमाः ।लङ्कांतामभिधावन्तिमहावारणसंनिभाः ।।।।
āplavantaḥ plavantaś ca garjantaś ca plavaṅgamāḥ |
laṅkāṃ tām abhidhāvanti mahāvāraṇasaṃnibhāḥ ||
ചാടിയും കുതിച്ചും ഗർജ്ജിച്ചും പ്ലവംഗമർ മഹാഗജസമൂഹംപോലെ ഭയങ്കരരായി ലങ്കയിലേക്കു പാഞ്ഞുചെന്നു.
