सीताविलापः

Sītā’s Lament over the Illusory Head and Bow

इतिसदुःखसन्तप्ताविललापायतेक्षणा ।भर्तुश्शिरोधनुस्तत्रसमीक्ष्यचपुनःपुनः ।।6.32.33।।

iti sa-duḥkha-santaptā vilalāpa āyatīkṣaṇā |

bhartuḥ śiro dhanuś tatra samīkṣya ca punaḥ punaḥ ||6.32.33||

ഇങ്ങനെ കടുത്ത ദുഃഖത്തിൽ ദഹിച്ച വിശാലനേത്രയായ സീത വിലപിച്ചു; അവിടെ ഭർത്താവിന്റെ ശിരസ്സിനെയും ധനുസ്സിനെയും വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും നോക്കി കരഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.
