अद्यमेपौरुषंदृष्टमद्यमेसफल्श्रमः ।अद्यतीर्णप्रतिज्ञोऽत्वाप्रभवाम्यद्यचात्मनः ।।6.118.4।।

Transliteration

adya me pauruṣaṁ dṛṣṭam adya me saphalaḥ śramaḥ |

adya tīrṇa-pratijño ’smi tvāṁ prabhavāmy adya cātmanaḥ ||6.118.4||

Translation

ഇന്ന് എന്റെ പൗരുഷം തെളിഞ്ഞു; ഇന്ന് എന്റെ പരിശ്രമം ഫലിച്ചു. ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ പ്രതിജ്ഞ പൂർത്തിയാക്കി; ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ ആത്മനിയന്ത്രണത്തിൽ അധിപനായി—നിനക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള എന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യത്തിലും വിജയിയായി.
