Transliteration

ity evaṁ vilapantī sā bāṣpaparyākulekṣaṇā |

snehopaskannahṛdayā tadā mohām upāgamat ||

Translation

ഇങ്ങനെ വിലപിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന അവൾ, കണ്ണുകൾ കണ്ണീരാൽ മൂടപ്പെട്ടവളായി, സ്നേഹത്തിൽ നിറഞ്ഞ ഹൃദയത്തോടെ, അപ്പോൾ മോഹജന്യമായ മൂർച്ചയിൽ വീണു.
