Ravana’s Funeral Rites and the Ethics of Post-War Conduct
अप्रियामिवोपसंगृह्यकिंशेषेरणमेदिनीम् ।।।।अप्रियामिवकस्माच्छमांनेच्छस्यभिभाषितुम् ।
apriyām ivopasaṅgṛhya kiṁ śeṣe raṇamedinīm |
apriyām iva kasmāc cha māṁ necchasy abhibhāṣitum ||
യുദ്ധഭൂമിയിലെ ഭൂമിയെ പ്രിയയെന്നപോലെ ചേർത്തുപിടിച്ച് നീ എന്തിന് കിടക്കുന്നു? എന്നെ അപ്രിയയെന്നപോലെ കരുതി നീ എന്തുകൊണ്ട് എനിക്ക് മറുപടി പറയാൻ ഇച്ഛിക്കുന്നില്ല?
