सधूममिवकालानगिंदीप्तमाशीविषोपमम् ।नरनागाश्ववृद्धानांभेदनंक्षिप्रकारिणम् ।।।।

sa dhūmam iva kālān agniṃ dīptam āśīviṣopamam |

nara-nāga-aśva-vṛndānāṃ bhedanaṃ kṣipra-kāriṇam ||

യുഗാന്താഗ്നിപോലെ പുകമൂടി, ദീപ്തമായി വിഷസർപ്പസമാന ഭയങ്കരമായി അത്; ശത്രുവിന്റെ മനുഷ്യർ, ഗജങ്ങൾ, അശ്വങ്ങൾ എന്നിങ്ങനെ കൂട്ടങ്ങളെ ക്ഷിപ്രമായി ഭേദിച്ചു തകർത്തു.
