राघव-रावणयोः घोर-द्वैरथ-युद्धम्
The Fierce Chariot-Duel of Rama and Ravana
एवंतुतौसुसङ्क्रुद्धौचक्रतुर्युद्धमुत्तमम् ।।6.109.28।।मुहूर्तमभवद्युद्धंतुमुलंरोमहर्षणम् ।
evaṃ tu tau susaṅkruddhau cakratur yuddham uttamam |
muhūrtam abhavad yuddhaṃ tumulaṃ romaharṣaṇam ||6.109.28||
ഇങ്ങനെ ആ ഇരുവരും അത്യന്തം ക്രോധത്തോടെ ഉത്തമമായ ദ്വന്ദ്വയുദ്ധം നടത്തി; കുറേ നേരം യുദ്ധം ഘോരമായ കലഹത്തോടെ, രോമാഞ്ചം ജനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ നടന്നു.
