रावणक्रोधः—रामस्य परुषवाक्यम्

Ravana’s Fury and Rama’s Harsh Admonition

स्त्रीषुशूरविनाथासुपरदाराभिमर्शक ।कृत्वाकापुरुषंकर्मशूरोऽहमितिमन्यसे ।।।।

strīṣu śūravināthāsu paradārābhimarśaka |

kṛtvā kāpuruṣaṃ karma śūro 'ham iti manyase ||

രക്ഷകരില്ലാത്ത സ്ത്രീകളെ വേട്ടയാടുന്നവനേ, പരസ്ത്രീയെ സ്പർശിക്കുന്നവനേ! ഇത്തരമൊരു കാപുരുഷകൃത്യം ചെയ്തിട്ടും ‘ഞാൻ ശൂരൻ’ എന്നു കരുതുന്നുവോ?
