Seeing enraged wise Rama's countenance, all beings on earth were shaken in fear.
It distinguishes righteous wrath from mere rage: even anger, when arising in defense of dharma and satya, carries grave moral weight and must be governed by wisdom (dhī).
As the battle continues into the next sarga, Rāma’s anger becomes so intense that it frightens all beings and seems to shake the earth itself.
Moral power joined to discernment: Rāma is described as dhīmān (wise), suggesting controlled force aligned with righteous purpose.
