रावण–रामयुद्धप्रारम्भः

The Intensification of the Rama–Ravana Duel

पूरितातेनशब्देनसनदीगिरिकानना ।सञ्चचाल मही सर्वा त्रस्तसिंहमृगद्विजा ।।6.100.7।।

pūritā tena śabdena sa nadīgirikānanā |

sañcacāla mahī sarvā trastasiṃhamṛgadvijā ||6.100.7||

ആ ഘോഷം നിറഞ്ഞതോടെ നദി–പർവ്വത–വനങ്ങളോടുകൂടിയ സർവ്വ ഭൂമിയും നടുങ്ങി; സിംഹങ്ങളും മൃഗങ്ങളും പക്ഷികളും ഭീതിയിൽ വിറച്ചു.
