दर्शनम् — Rama Receives Sita’s Token and Questions Hanuman
किमाह सीता वैदेही ब्रूहि सौम्य पुनः पुनः।पिपासुमिव तोयेन सिञ्चन्ती वाक्यवारिणा।।।।
kim āha sītā vaidehī brūhi saumya punaḥ punaḥ |
pipāsum iva toyena siñcantī vākyavāriṇā ||
വൈദേഹിയായ സീത എന്താണ് പറഞ്ഞത്? ഹേ സൗമ്യാ, വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും എനിക്ക് പറയുക; ദാഹിച്ചവനെ ജലം തളിച്ച് ജീവിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ, അവളുടെ വചനധാരയാൽ എന്നെ സിഞ്ചിക്കൂ.
"O handsome Hanuman! Sita is like water for a thirsty person. Tell me again and again what Sita said to you. Sprinkle on me (life-giving) water of her words in the form of message.
