सीतावृत्तान्तनिवेदनम् / Report of Sītā’s Condition and Tokens of Recognition
इति मामब्रवीत्सीता कृशाङ्गी धर्मचारिणी।।।।रावणान्तः पुरे रुद्धा मृगीवोत्फुल्ललोचना।
iti mām abravīt sītā kṛśāṅgī dharmacāriṇī |
rāvaṇāntaḥ pure ruddhā mṛgīvotphullalocanā |
ഇങ്ങനെ സീത എന്നോടു പറഞ്ഞു—കൃശാംഗിയായിട്ടും ധർമ്മനിഷ്ഠയായി—രാവണന്റെ അന്തഃപുരത്തിൽ തടവിലായി, ഭയത്തിൽ മാൻകുട്ടിയെപ്പോലെ വിസ്തൃതനേത്രയായി.
