षट्पञ्चाशः सर्गः — वैदेही-आश्वासनम् तथा अरिष्टारोहणम्

Consoling Sita and Ascending Mount Arishta

स तदा पीडितस्तेन कपिना पर्वतोत्तमः।ररास सह तैर्भूतैः प्रविशन्वसुधातलम्।।।।कम्पमानैश्च शिखरैः पतद्भिरपि च द्रुमैः।

sa tadā pīḍitas tēna kapinā parvatōttamaḥ | rarāsa saha tair bhūtaiḥ praviśan vasudhātalam || kampamānaiś ca śikharaiḥ patadbhir api ca drumaiḥ |

അപ്പോൾ ആ കപിയുടെ അമർച്ചകൊണ്ട് പീഡിതനായ ശ്രേഷ്ഠപർവ്വതം, അവിടെയുള്ള ജീവികളോടുകൂടി ഭൂതലത്തിലേക്ക് താഴ്ന്നു; ശിഖരങ്ങൾ കുലുങ്ങി, വൃക്ഷങ്ങൾ വീണുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ അത് ഗർജിച്ചു.
