षट्पञ्चाशः सर्गः — वैदेही-आश्वासनम् तथा अरिष्टारोहणम्

Consoling Sita and Ascending Mount Arishta

निश्श्वसन्तमिवामर्षाद्घोरैराशीविषोत्तमैः।नीहारकृतगम्भीरैर्ध्यायन्तमिव गह्वरैः।।।।

nīhāra-kṛta-gambhīrair dhyāyantam iva gahvaraiḥ ||

ഭയങ്കരവും ശ്രേഷ്ഠവുമായ വിഷസർപ്പങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ, കോപത്തിൽ ഹിസ്സെന്നു ശ്വാസം വിടുന്നതുപോലെ ആ പർവ്വതം തോന്നി; മഞ്ഞുമൂടി ഗൗരവം കൈവരിച്ച ഗുഹാഗഹ്വരങ്ങളാൽ, അന്തർമുഖധ്യാനത്തിൽ ലീനമായിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ദൃശ്യമായി.
