लाङ्गूलदाह-पर्यटनम्

The Burning Tail and the Parade through Laṅkā

सीतायाश्चानृशंस्येन तेजसा राघवस्य च।।5.53.38।।पितुश्च मम सख्येन न मां दहति पावकः।

sītāyāś cānṛśaṁsyena tejasā rāghavasya ca || 5.53.38 ||

pituś ca mama sakhyena na māṁ dahati pāvakaḥ |

സീതാദേവിയുടെ കരുണാമയമായ പാതിവ്രത്യധർമ്മം കൊണ്ടും, രാഘവന്റെ ദീപ്തമായ തേജസ്സുകൊണ്ടും, എന്റെ പിതാവിനോടുള്ള അഗ്നിദേവന്റെ സൗഹൃദം കൊണ്ടും—പാവകൻ എന്നെ ദഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.
