इन्द्रजित्प्रेषणम्—ब्रह्मास्त्रबन्धः, हनूमद्ग्रहणं, रावणसभाप्रवेशः

ततस्तं राक्षसा दृष्ट्वा निर्विचेष्टमरिंदमम्।बबन्धुश्शणवल्कैश्च द्रुमचीरैश्च संहतैः।।।।

tatas taṃ rākṣasā dṛṣṭvā nirviceṣṭam ariṃdamam |

babandhuḥ śaṇa-valkaiś ca druma-cīraiś ca saṃhataiḥ ||

പിന്നീട് രാക്ഷസർ അവനെ—നിശ്ചലനായ ശത്രുദമനനെ—കണ്ട്, ചണനാരുകൊണ്ടുള്ള കയറുകളാലും ശക്തമായ വൃക്ഷതൊലി-വസ്ത്രപ്പട്ടികളാലും കെട്ടിപ്പിടിച്ചു ബന്ധിച്ചു.
