Sundarakāṇḍa Sarga 47

स पूरयन्खं च महीं च साचलां तुरङ्गमातङ्गमहारथस्वनैः।बलैस्समेतैस्सहि तोरणस्थितं समर्थमासीनमुपागमत्कपिम्।।5.47.7।।

sa pūrayan khaṃ ca mahīṃ ca sācalāṃ turaṅgamātaṅgamahārathasvanaiḥ |

balaiḥ sametaiḥ saha toraṇasthitaṃ samartham āsīnam upāgamat kapim ||5.47.7||

കുതിരകളുടെയും ആനകളുടെയും മഹാരഥങ്ങളുടെയും ഗർജ്ജനസമമായ നാദംകൊണ്ട് ആകാശവും പർവ്വതങ്ങളോടുകൂടിയ ഭൂമിയും നിറച്ചുകൊണ്ട്, സൈന്യബലങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം അവൻ മുന്നേറി, തോരണദ്വാരത്തിൽ നിലകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന സമർത്ഥനായ കപിയെയടുത്തെത്തി.
