प्रमदावनविध्वंसः | The Devastation of the Pleasure-Garden

अल्पशेषमिदं कार्यं दृष्टेयमसितेक्षणा।त्रीनुपायानतिक्रम्य चतुर्थ: इह विद्यते।।5.41.2।।

alpaśeṣam idaṃ kāryaṃ dṛṣṭeyam asitekṣaṇā |

trīn upāyān atikramya caturthaḥ iha vidyate ||

ഈ കാര്യത്തിൽ ഇനി അല്പം മാത്രമേ ശേഷിക്കൂ: കറുത്ത കണ്ണുകളുള്ള ദേവി (അസിതേക്ഷണാ) ദർശനമായിരിക്കുന്നു. മൂന്നു ഉപായങ്ങളെ അതിക്രമിച്ച്, ഇവിടെ ഇനി നാലാമത്തേതായ ബലദണ്ഡം മാത്രമേ ശേഷിക്കൂ.
