Hanuman’s Offer of Rescue and Sita’s Dharmic Refusal

मम प्रतिप्रदानं हि रावणस्य न रोचते।रावणं मार्गते संख्ये मृत्युः कालवशं गतम्।।।।

rāvaṇaṃ mārgate saṅkhye mṛtyuḥ kālavaśaṃ gatam ||

എന്നെ തിരികെ ഏല്പിക്കാൻ രാവണന് ഇഷ്ടമില്ല; അതുകൊണ്ട് കാലാധീനനായ മൃത്യു യുദ്ധഭൂമിയിൽ രാവണനെ തേടി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
