एवं विश्वासिता सीता हेतुभिश्शोककर्शिता।उपपन्नैरभिज्ञानैर्दूतं तमवगच्छति।।।।

evaṃ viśvāsitā sītā hetubhiḥ śokakarśitā | upapannair abhijñānair dūtaṃ tam avagacchati ||

ഇങ്ങനെ ദുഃഖത്തിൽ ക്ഷീണിച്ച സീതയെ യുക്തമായ കാരണങ്ങളും യോജിച്ച തിരിച്ചറിയൽ ചിഹ്നങ്ങളും വിശ്വാസത്തിലാക്കി; അവൾ അവനെ യഥാർത്ഥ ദൂതനെന്ന് തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞു.
