The Demonesses’ Coercive Counsel to Sītā

ततः सीतामुपागम्य राक्षस्यः क्रोधमूर्छिताः।परं परुषया वाचा वैदेहीमिदमब्रुवन्।।।।

tataḥ sītām upāgamya rākṣasyaḥ krodhamūrchitāḥ | paraṃ paruṣayā vācā vaidehīm idam abruvan ||

അപ്പോൾ ക്രോധത്തിൽ ബോധം മങ്ങിയ രാക്ഷസിമാർ സീതയുടെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു, വൈദേഹിയോട് അത്യന്തം കഠിനമായ വാക്കുകളാൽ ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞു.
